The anti-CD40 PercpCy5.5 antibody did not give us clean results of CD40 expression on our antigen presenting cell populations from primary spleen cultures.

The Bottom Line

We could not get clean separation between the positive and negative peaks. We also had to increase the voltage significantly which caused more compensation issues with other channels.
