Product Name:

PE/Cy5 anti-human CD62P (P-Selectin) Antibody

Catalog Number:

304908

This antibody was used to determine if washed human platelets were activated after exposure to thrombin. After purification, platelets were incubated with or without 1UI/ml thrombin for 30mins at 37 degree C. Platelets were washed and stained with this anti-CD62P mAb for 45 minutes at 4 degree C followed by analysis on a flow cytometer. Platelets incubated with thrombin showed activation as measured by the increase in CD62P expression on the platelet surface. I would highly recommend this antibody for measuring human CD62P expression.
