Have to use at a very strong concentration. Even with probing in 5% milk (blocked in 10% milk for 1 hr at RT), blot came out extremely dirty with lots of adduct bands. I recommend Millipore's ADAM10 instead. It is more expensive for not as much product, but blots are VERY clean with only an 80 kDa band showing.
