We use this product to analyse lymphocyte subsets of thymocytes, spleen cells, LN cells and blood cells. The ratio of CD4 was increased or decreased in some of our mutant samples as compared to wild type controls. We have used this anti-CD4 antibody for a long time and it always works great! The price is also very reasonable.
