I needed some high quality RNA as sample prep and qPCR control. MS2 turned out to be a good candidate. My preliminary data shows everything goes well.

MS2 RNA was spiked into qPCR matrix and used as RT-qPCR control.
Concentration is very high and need quite a high dilution if used for RT-qPCR.
