RIPK3 is a key protein involved in a novel form of regulated necrosis termed necroptosis. The inhibition of RIPK3 expression is an efficient strategy to suppress the pathway of necroptosis. This pAb to mouse RIP3/RIPK3 works very well in Western blotting at about 1/1000. It has now replaced the Imgenex #5523-2.

As shown using shRNA to RIP3, the antibody is specific. There is no aspecific band when using the Ab between 1:500-1:1000.
