I used this antibody for sandwich ELISA. I chose this product because I have purchased other antibodies from US Biological in the past and they have worked. This time I bought a couple of antibodies from other companies as well and the one from US Biological worked best.

Results Summary

Although the ODs were relatively low, there was a nice gradation according to the dilution of the plasma samples and the background was pretty low.
