Human Galectin-1 Affinity Purified Polyclonal Ab

Catalog Number:

AF1152

Galectin-1 (gal-1) is an important molecule secreted by many tumors which induces apoptosis in activated T-cells and promotes tumor angiogenesis, both phenomena that facilitate successful establishment of a tumor in the body. Here we test if we can detect gal-1 in human colon cancer cell line using confocal microscopy.
