Human PBMC reconstituted NOD-scid IL2rγcnull mice (NSG mice) were sacrificed and single cell suspensions prepared from the spleens were used for flow cytometric analysis. This antibody was used for detecting human CD4 expression on human CD45 gated cells isolated from these humanized mice. The results showed a clear CD4 positive and negative population which confirms the specificity of this antibody.
