Product Name:

PDI Antibody (H-160)

Catalog Number:

sc-20132

We are investigating the role of PDI during ER stress-induced apoptosis. One of our goals is to determine the subcellular localization of PDI during apoptosis. To detect its intracellular localization, mouse embryonic fibroblasts were stained with PDI antibodies.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Immunofluorescence

Sample

Mouse embryonic fibroblasts

Primary Incubation

1:50 dilution, room temperature incubation fo 3 hours

Blocking Agent

1x HBSS + 0.02% Tween-20 + 1.5% fetal bovine serum
