The aim of my research is to determine TH+ neuron counts within the substantia nigra following MPTP exposure and drug treatment. I used this product as a primary antibody to the Tyrosine hydroxylase protein within dopaminergic neurons. I chose this product because another lab in our program had successfully used it with reliable results.
