Our experiments assess the tendencies of environmental pollutants to affect dendritic cells' protein expression. We incubated Bone-Marrow Derived DCs with pollutant and collected data via flow cytometry. We used the HL3 clone because it appears to give cleaner results than the N418 clone.

The PE mAB Anti-CD11c HL3clone gave clean results with very little non-specific binding. It maintained its fluorescence for at least 24 hours post labelling.
