I used this plate for the first time as a graduate student learning various molecular biology and immunology techniques. The plate is simple to use. I use this plate in our lab on in vivo mouse models to check their levels of IL-23.

As per the kit
Nothing really. It's very simple and easy to use. I would say user friendly.
Could determine very high levels in the mice. I am not sure about the lowest detection limit though as my experiment generally should result in high signal. Overall, there was very low background and wells were specific for the results.

Good kit for new learners in the field. Zero background at times is one extremely good thing I liked about this kit.
