This antibody was used to measure the purity of human T cells that were isolated using magnetic beads from a sample of peripheral blood mono nuclear cells (PBMCs). After purification, the cells were stained with this anti-CD3 mAb for 30 minutes on ice followed by analysis on a flow cytometer. About 98% purity was observed in this assay with very little background staining. I would highly recommend this antibody for measuring human CD3 expression.
