I am studying expression and function of KIF15 in cancer. Using this antibody, I am evaluating protein expression in tumor cell line lysates compared with disease-free, organ-specific control cell line lysates. I chose this antibody because it's a mouse monoclonal Ab (which I prefer).

160 kDa band observed, which corresponds to correct size of KIF15. Also observed NS band at ~30 kDa, similar to what was observed on blots produced by Abcam.
