We transfer wild type CD4 T cells to Rag-/- mice to establish a Colitis model and then look at the phenotype of these transferred CD4 T cells. RORγt is required for the differentiation of Th17 cells and expression of IL-17. This Ab can be used to evaluate the IL-17 production in RORγt+ and RORγt- CD4 T cell population.
