We transfer wild type CD4 T cells to Rag-/- mice to establish a Colitis model and then look at the phenotype of these transferred CD4 T cells.  Ki67 is a proliferation marker. This Ab can be used for intracellular cytokine staining in proliferating CD4 T cells.
