Scan using the Odyssey CLX from Licor
Nuclear lysates were clean and showed only one band at the right molecular weight. Total lysates from HEK cells showed extra bands. Not sure of the nature of these bands (also seen in some of the Westerns on Novus website, although no mention whether they are specific or not).
