563793 and 563557 BUV provides a new addition to the multi-color flow cytometry panel. I have tried both Anti-mouse CD19 and CD45R (B220) with this channel and both work extremely well . As recommended by BD, this dye works with the BV dyes in the BV buffer. The BD recommended filter is a MUST (Usually BD is kind enough to send this filter as a gift sample) if you are using it with BV421.

Very dependable in a multi-color panel. With right filters easily compensates with colors exited by violet, blue and red lasers. Works well with all the BV dyes.

Limited antibody options available. In my hands, anti-mouse CD11b did not work well.
Dim dye but dependable as a dump channel. Ease of compensation.
