Various spiked food samples
Add a drop of the anti-serum to a test card and smear a colony into the drop, mixing gently up to 60 seconds or until agglutination is observed. Ensure controls work properly.
Check a few colonies from each sample if no agglutination or weak agglutination is seen.
Almost all samples were easily tested with agglutination occurring in less than 20 seconds. A few samples required multiple colonies to be selected due to weak agglutination results.
Supplied with positive and negative control, PBS, control reagent, Latex beads, test cards, mixing sticks, and transfer pipettes.
