Delivery was early; no issues
I designed the primers myself using a third-party program; IDT's primer design software on their website is useful but too sensitive (primers suggested to form significant dimers did not form any in my experiments). The primers were delivered quickly and worked exactly as I wanted them to. No complaints.

I have no idea how good their customer service is. Primer design program is too sensitive.
I only have good things to say about IDT. They provide great oligos.
