The aim of the research is to study bone marrow progenitor cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected CD16/32 Antibody from Biolegend specifically because CD16/32 is expressed in myeloid progenitor cells and can be found in bone marrow. Using this product I was able to differentiate myeloid progenitor subsets.
