The aim of the research is to study bone marrow progenitor cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected CD41 Antibody from Biolegend specifically because CD41 is expressed in some progenitor cells and can be found in bone marrow. Using this product I was able to differentiate progenitor subsets.
