The aim of the research is to study bone marrow progenitor cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected CD127 Antibody from BD specifically because CD127 is expressed in common lymphoid progenitor cells and can be found in adult bone marrow. Using this product I was able to differentiate progenitor subsets.
