Our research is in the field of Cell and Molecular Virology. We study the movement of HIV inside the human immune system.
In this experiment we needed to perform immunofluorescent staining of primary human T cells and monocyte derived macrophages. It worked great, low background in non-expressing monocytes, good signal in differentiated macrophages.
Immunofluorescence
Primary human monocyte derived macrophages
1:300 dilution, 15' @ room temp
10% Normal Donkey serum, .1% Triton in PBS
Cy3-Donkey anti-Rabbit Fab (Jackson Immunolabs), 1:400 dilution, 15' @ room temp

Fluorescence microscopy
Works great, low background in non-expressing monocytes, good signal in differentiated macrophages.
Great signal, low background in non-expressing cells
Seems to have high specificity, good fluorescence reagent.
