I am using this product to gate out dead cells for intracellular transcription factor staining in mouse lymphocytes. I chose this product as it is less expensive than comparable products available, with the same functionality.

Add reagent at 1:100 to sample tube (10^6 cells in 100 ul PBS). Incubate 20 min RT, wash and proceed to surface and intracellular staining.
No protein in PBS solution
Nice, distinct dead cell population for exclusion gating.
