We used this product to detect TNF-α production in LPS activated macrophage culture. It is an easy way to set up this traditional measure system.

Incubate sample at 37C for 2 hours
This kit provided a perfect standard line. LPS (10ng/ml) activated macrophages for various times, and harvested culture supernatant for ELISA measurement.
Wash is very important.
High sensitivity
The highest concentration of standard line is only 500pg/ml
It is a good product, cheap, but provides very nice measurement.
