My research project focuses on the role of NER-factor DDB2 as a regulator of epithelial to mesenchymal transition. DDB2 is a DNA Damage Binding protein. Its expression is downregulated in several cancers. We have been able to detect this protein very easily with this antibody by Western Blot in many mammalian cell lines.
