Assessing the levels of CD57 on T cells is important as it has been shown to increase in diseases such as AIDS. We chose this product to examine the levels of CD57 in CD4 versus CD8 cells in healthy adult individuals.

Using this antibody, we found that CD4 cells were mostly negative for CD57 while the expression on CD8 cells varies from donor to donor.The signal was good and gating was straightforward (in the attached image, the isotype control is shaded, while CD57 is the open histogram with the thick black line).
