I am investigating chromosomal aberrations in lymphoma and have used the P53/ATM probe to assess gain and loss of these targets from fresh-frozen imprint slides.

Protocol Overview

The probe was applied directly to the slides, which were incubated for 75C for 2 minutes followed by 37C for 24 hours.The P53 probe is labeled in red and covers the whole P53 gene. The ATM probe is labeled in green, and covers the telomeric end of NPAT gene and the centromeric end of the ATM gene.

DAPI is also supplied

Results Summary

Clear red and green signals, with two copies of each per cell indicating normal status.
