We are trying to determine the levels of overexpressed IL-23 from the minicircle that we inject in the mice. Although the components for the mouse IL-23 ELISA are available separately from various companies we wanted to try this one at the price that was very good. R & D systems sells one too but the one they have is just one 96 well strips for the price of approx $500 however this one has 5 plates for $1050 and also the sensitivity is good. The kit is easy to use. No problems at all. I could even precoat the plates on my own with the reagents provided in the kit and it would still work with the concentration that I used them at. Perfect kit!

The Bottom Line

Over all very good kit with the only disadvantage that you can not do strips kind of thing so best when you have plenty of samples to use or when you want to coat your own plate and not want to depend on precoated ones but in general pretty good for the price
