The aim of the research is to study splenic hemopoietic progenitor cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters progenitors counts. We selected Biotin anti-mouse CD206 (MMR) from BioLegend specifically because CD206 is expressed in myeloid cells and can be found in adult spleens. Using this product I was able to identify different subsets and focus on progenitor cells.
