The aim of the research is to study lymph node myeloid cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if these myeloid cells are altered in cancer. We selected Brilliant Violet 605™ anti-mouse CD11c from BioLegend specifically because CD11c is expressed in myeloid cells and can be found in adult spleens. Using this product I was able to define different subsets.
