Results Summary

The Sanger Sequencing Service offered by source Bioscience is excellent. There is a free collection service offered in numerous UK cities and the turnaround time is rapid, in 12 hours or less. I have used the Company to sequence pre-purified PCR products and supplied my own primers. However, they also offer plasmid sequencing, PCR cleanup and a panel of 30 available common primers. In a few instances, the results returned have indicated a failed read, however, the company offers one free repeat on all orders and in each case, this has yielded successful results. Communication is excellent as is their customer service. The online order submission allows for upload of a pre-designed product template if submitting multiple reads in plate format.
