b-Catenin is the effector of Wnt pathway. Intracellular localization changes upon cytosolic stabilization in vivo. Activation of Wnt pathway in tumors has important cellular and physiological implications on tumor growth, tumor development and patient survival.
We, like many other cancer researchers, need a good and efficient method to detect b-cat in our human tumor samples and in vitro models.
