The aim of the research is to study bone marrow hemopoietic progenitor cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters progenitors counts. We selected Brilliant Violet 510™ anti-mouse CD183 from BioLegend specifically because CD183 is the receptor of the cytokine under investigation. Using this product I was able to profile many different progenitor subsets at the same time.
