The aim of the research is to study bone marrow hemopoietic progenitor cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters progenitors counts. We selected Brilliant Violet 605™ anti-mouse CD150 from BioLegend specifically because CD150 is expressed in long-term hematopoietic stem cells (LT-HSC) and can be found in adult bone marrow. Using this product I was able to profile many different progenitor subsets at the same time.
