The goal was to test ERK1/2 activation in primary mouse cardiac cells after growth factors (FGF, PDGF and EGF) stimulation. As shown on the Western blot, 5 minutes of growth factor stimulation led to a significant increase of ERK1/2 phosphorylation. The antibody gave 2 very specific bands at the right size with no background or unspecific bands.
