Aviva's "TSG101 antibody -middle region" was tested on mouse brain protein lysates.
Western Blot
30 ug mouse brain lysates (RIPA buffer)
1:1000 in 1XTTBS, 1h at RT
5% nonfat milk in TTBS
Sigma #A0545, HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit, 1:50,000 in 1XTTBS, 1h at RT

ECL (Pierce Western blotting substrate)
Detected a band appropriate size (~50 kDa) for unmodified TSG101 as well as higher molecular weight species believed to be ubiquitinated TSG101. Blot shown is a bit messy but this was because I wanted a very long exposure.
Worked well under standard conditions.
Didn't work for IHC on paraffin-embedded sections of mouse tissue
Would use it again.
