It would help identify and quantitate chaperone which could have a physiological or pathological relevance in the context of neurodegeneration.We tried to determine where we can find these chaperone and related with which cells. We tried this product because of his competitive price.
Immunofluorescence
50um Brain slices preserved in cryopreservation solution (30%Etilenglycol, 30% glycerol, 100mM PBS, pH 7,4)
1:400 in block buffer overnight at 4ºC
Block with 10%FBS, 0'1% Triton X-100 in PB 0'1M; 1hour at RT
Anti-Rabbit IgG - Alexa 594 1:400

Fluorescence microscopy and fluorescence confocal microscopy
Seems to be specific (low background). Full penetrates the sample.
