This is a kit that enables the user to perform direct PCR from cells or tissues without having to go through a tedious step of DNA purification. It's just perfect for screenings!

Pellet your cells of interestAdd 20 µl Dilution Buffer and 0.5 µl DNARelease Additive (Makesure the sample is covered with the solution)Mix by vortexing and spindownIncubate for 4 minutes at room temperature, followed by 2 minutes at 98°CMake sure to put your samples back on iceSpin down again, and use 1 µl of the supernatant as a template in a 20 µl PCR reaction
I used 1 ul of the lysate and worked perfect! Use the Phusion enzyme that comes with the kit to perform the PCR, I could not make it work with a different one (or you will have to troubleshoot it...)
After performing the PCR reaction, I got really sharp and nice bands from all of the samples!! I was so happy not to have to purify the DNA!
