PE anti-mouse Tim-1

Our lab studies murine T cells; specifically we are interested in isolating the Tim-1+ subpopulation. Because there is no commercially available kit for for TIM-1+ T cell isolation, we combine the PE labeled TIM-1 mAb and a PE positive selection kit (Stemcell). Using this approach we are able to isolate a Tim-1+ subpopulation of cells that is about 90-95% pure.
