Our lab studies human NK cell immunotherapies.  As such we frequently analyze NK cell phenotypic changes after immunotherapuetic regimens.

This necessitates the use of a large flow cytometry panel in order to identify various NK cell populations.

Results Summary

NIce bright signal in the BV711 channel keeps my other channels open for the more common fluorochromes. Makes it easy to discriminate CD56 populations.
