In order to stain human lymphocytic sub-populations, it is often indispensable to use CD3. As a prevalent antigen, we chose a "dim" fluorophore in APC/Cy7. The results were very good, and this antibody gave us good separation between CD3- and CD3+ populations.

5ul per test, 30 min on ice (mixed gently half-way through)
