Our lab is working to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of vesicular transport and how the Golgi apparatus is functionally and structurally maintained during the course of vesicular transport. As part of this research we study Protein-Protein interactions and map the new partner using HA tagged antigens.

1:5000 dilution 1% BSA in TBS-T overnight at 4 degree
5% milk in TBS-T(0.1%) for one hr at RT
1:10,000 anti rabbit HRP in 0.5% BSA in TBS-T for 35 -40 min
