Cardiotoxicity assay using human/monkey beating cardiomyocyte-like cells
InfiniteBio, in collaboration with ITOCHU Corporation, introduces QTempo developed by ReproCELL in Japan. QTempo is a new in vitro cardiotoxicity assay technology using human iPS/ES and monkey ES cell-derived cardiomyocytes. This in vitro assay system covers multi-ion channels, and closely resembles in vivo results. QTempo provides a combination of accuracy and efficiency unmet by other models. It is a perfect tool to verify your hERG assay results, before the time and expense of animal testing.
