An Essential Tool for Mode-of-Action Study
Changes in the cellular pool of (deoxy)ribonucleotides result in the inhibition of DNA/RNA synthesis and cell growth arrest, for many antiviral and anti-proliferative drugs. NovoCIB offers Nucleotide Profiling services involving of HPLC quantification of more than 31 (deoxy)ribonucleotides (mono-, di-, triphosphate) and nucleotide co-factors in drug-treated cells.
