ACT will provide Environmental services - including hazardous Materials disposal, vacuum truck services, spill response, site specific services and onsite waste management support from its corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA.

ACT has experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 2000. The company has grown 400% in the last four years while retaining over 90% percent of its clientele in spite of a significant industry recession. The addition of Gilead Sciences Inc. to ACT's family of clients ensures ACT's continued growth and financial success. Walter H Singer, Founder and CEO of ACT, was quoted as saying, "The addition of Gilead Sciences Inc. is extremely gratifying and reaffirms the underlying reasons for ACT's success. Coupled with personal level service, ACT's recycling programs have allowed 94% of our clients' waste products to be recycled. Not only does the value of the contract assure our continued growth, but shows we can successfully compete with other national-sized firms."
