Features: Pre-Made Multi-plex Panels like Th1/Th2/Th17; Inflammation; or Chemokine available in both 32-test or 96 test sizes. Customers can design own custom Multi-Plex Panels-up to 24-Plex! Use any Flow Cytometer with 488 nm laser. High Sensitivity less than 10.0 pg/mL for most assays. Sample Size only 15.0 uL/Assay Time approx. 2 hrs. Non-Magnetic Bead Assay employs antibody coated beads Biotin/R-PE detection signal, and 96-well filter plate.
Available for Human, Mouse, Rat, Non-Human Primate and Canine Models.
