Arraystar Inc. just launched its new Human LncRNA Microarray V2.0 in March 2011. This newly designed array remarkably broadens the coverage of LncRNAs and improves probe specificity. This array is designed for the global profiling of 33,045 human LncRNAs and 30,215 protein-coding transcripts together in parallel. Each transcript is represented by a specific exon or splice junction probe that can identify individual transcripts reliably and accurately.

Arraystar provides LncRNA microarray services from sample preparation to in-depth data analysis. With our data analysis, all the LncRNAs are characterized as natural antisense, intronic antisense, bidirectional, exon sense overlapping, intron-sense overlapping, and intergenic LncRNAs. These specialized classifications will help you identify the putative functional relationship between LncRNAs and their associated protein-coding genes.
